Dear Business Owner,
The Marina High School Spirit Leaders, a non-profit organization, will be hosting our 4th Annual Customs and Classics Car Show. This is the only group fundraiser for our cheer/song organization this season. Through your community support and generous donations we will be able to give 100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser to our Spirit Leaders. This event will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2008.
Diamond Sponsor - $500 Donation
- Logo/Company name on customized 4 x 8 ft. banner to be displayed at car show
Banner will be relocated to Edinger fence for remainder of season.
- Customized Overall Award with your business name on plate of award. Your company name announced during awards ceremony. P.A. Announcements during event. (Representative from your company can present award at ceremony)
- Your Company sign/banner may be displayed for advertisement.

Platinum Sponsor - $300 Donation

April 19, 2008 at the Marina High School campus 15871 Springdale St. Huntington Beach, cA 92649 does hereby tender his/her application. In consideration of acceptance of this application. The undersigned does hereby 1) Release the city of Huntington Beach, Marina High School Staff, students and volunteers, Huntington Beach Union High School District, MHS Spiritleaders Boosters, Volunteers and agents from any and all liability arising out of the said event; 2) Release all other participating business facilities and participants from any and all liability arising out of said event; 3) Give permission to use any photographs or information obtained prior to and at the event for publication advertising and video filming of the event; 4) Agree to have vehicle liability insurance as required by the State of DMV CVC 16020 Section 9a-d0. I have read the above and accept the terms and conditions.
